Code of Conduct
Qiskit Fall Fest Central Asia 2026 is a learning space. Everyone is welcome, and everyone is responsible for keeping it that way.
What we expect
Treat every participant, speaker, organizer and member of staff with respect. Assume good faith. Ask before you take someone's photo. Give people room to ask beginner questions — most of the room is a beginner at something.
What is not acceptable
Harassment in any form, including comments about gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion or level of experience. Intimidation, stalking, unwelcome photography, sustained disruption of talks, and unwelcome physical contact or attention.
Academic honesty
The hackathon is judged on what your team built. Use of libraries, published work and AI tools is fine when you say so. Passing off someone else's work as your own is not.
Consequences
Organizers may take any action they consider appropriate, from a warning to removal from the event without a refund of any travel or costs, and exclusion from future events.
Reporting
If you experience or witness a breach of this code, contact any organizer on site, or write to us. Reports are handled confidentially.
